Purebred Stud Book

The New Zealand Arabian Horse Society (Inc) is a member of the World Arabian Horse Organization (WAHO) and maintains "The New Zealand Arabian Horse Stud Book" in compliance with the WAHO Rules and Regulations.

Each Purebred Arabian horse entered in “The New Zealand Arabian Horse Stud Book” is allocated a unique Stud Book Number by the NZAHS.

New Zealand published its first stand-alone Stud Book in 1971 and has subsequently printed further volumes with the latest being Volume 11 published in 2019. Volume 12 is due to be printed in 2023. Please contact the National Secretary if you would like to pre-order a printed copy of Volume 12.
